Keep your details current - they are what we check when you call us, and where legally required notices go.
What you can change in the app
- Email address and contact preferences - update any time from your profile.
- Delivery address - used for SIM cards and shop orders.
- Password and sign-in options - see "Setting up app security".
Changing your name
Because your account identity was verified at sign-up, a legal name change (marriage, deed poll) needs a quick document check rather than a free-text edit. Raise a ticket with a photo of the supporting document and we will update the account properly - this keeps your identity verification intact.
Why accuracy matters
- Account recovery and security checks rely on matching your registered details.
- Porting requests check the details on file - a mismatch is the most common cause of delays.
- Receipts and legally required communications go to the registered email.
If any detail will not save in the app, raise a ticket and tell us what you tried - we can see whether a verification rule is blocking it.
