Setting up app security

Your VoicePro account controls your number, wallet and personal data - two minutes of setup makes it very hard to steal.

Do these three things

  1. Turn on biometric unlock (Face ID / fingerprint) for the app, from the security area of your profile. It protects the app even if someone has your unlocked phone.
  2. Use a unique password you use nowhere else. Password managers make this painless.
  3. Keep your registered email secure - it is the recovery route for everything else, so it deserves its own strong password and two-factor authentication with your email provider.

Signing in on a new device

Signing in on a new phone requires verification, and we notify you when it happens. If you see a sign-in notice you do not recognise, change your password immediately and contact us.

Wallet protection

Wallet actions inside the app are gated behind your device unlock. For anything that looks like unauthorised wallet activity, contact us immediately - see "Lost or stolen phone" for the fastest lockdown route.

What we will never ask for

We will never ask you for your full password, a one-time code, or remote access to your device. Anyone who does is not VoicePro - see "Recognising scams".
