Suspend your SIM immediately so nobody can use your number:
- In the app from another device - SIM > Suspend, or
- Call our automated line from any phone and choose the lost/stolen option.
Suspending protects you instantly and is fully reversible once your phone is back. Our fraud desk is available around the clock for anything suspicious.
