You will need the PAC code from your current provider (text PAC to 65075 from that SIM - it is free and they must give it to you).
In the VoicePro app go to SIM > Bring my number, enter the PAC and your current number, and pick your switch date. Ports normally complete in one working day; your VoicePro service keeps working on a temporary number until the switch happens.
