When your eSIM is ready we send you a QR code (and it is always available in the app under SIM & eSIM).
- On your phone, open Settings > Mobile/Cellular > Add eSIM.
- Scan the QR code, or choose manual entry and paste the activation code (LPA) from the app.
- Follow the prompts and set VoicePro as your line for calls, texts and data if you wish.
Activation normally completes in under five minutes. If the profile fails to download, check you are on Wi-Fi and try again - the same QR works until the eSIM is installed once.
