The dashboard

Activate and suspend SIMs, set data limits, group devices, and pull usage across the fleet - from one SIM to thousands. Real-time status shows each device's connection state and current network.

The API

The management API covers the entire dashboard surface: activation, suspension, limits, usage and diagnostics. Configurable webhooks push events (connection changes, limit alerts, usage thresholds) into your own systems, so your platform reacts without polling.

Diagnostics without a support ticket

Real-time diagnostics are available in every country: authentication and radio signalling logs plus live packet capture per device. When a device in the field misbehaves, your engineers can see exactly what it tried to do on the network - usually ending the "is it the SIM or the device?" argument in minutes.

Private routing to your cloud

Connectors let you add encryption and route device traffic directly into AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or IBM Cloud before it touches the public internet - without embedding an SDK on the device.
