How your monthly plan payment works

Your plan renews monthly from your activation date, and the payment is taken automatically from your saved payment method.

The basics

  • Your renewal date is the same day each month as the day you activated. You can see it in the VoicePro app alongside your plan.
  • All plans include unlimited UK calls, texts and data, so the renewal amount is your plan price - there are no surprise in-bundle charges to reconcile.
  • Anything outside your plan (for example wallet spending or add-on packs) is charged separately at the time you buy it, so your renewal stays predictable.

If a payment fails

We will retry and let you know by email and in the app so you can update your card. While a plan payment is outstanding, your service may be restricted until it clears. Update your payment method in the app and the retry happens automatically.

Receipts and history

Every charge - plan renewals, top-ups and shop purchases - appears in your billing history in the app, with a receipt you can download.

Cancelling

You can cancel ahead of any renewal. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If you are moving networks and want to keep your number, request a PAC first - see the porting guides.
