Redeem a code bought in a shop

Bought a VoicePro SIM, eSIM or top-up from one of our retail partners? The shop gives you a code, and redeeming it takes about a minute.

Redeem your code

Go to voicepro.plus/redeem.
Enter the code exactly as printed on your receipt or card.
Follow the on-screen steps. For an eSIM you get a QR code to install straight away, for a physical SIM the code activates the SIM you were handed.

After you redeem

eSIM buyers: scan the QR code with your phone, the iPhone and Android guides show every step.
Physical SIM buyers: pop the SIM in, it activates shortly after redemption.

If the code will not redeem

Check for easy mix-ups: the digit 0 versus the letter O, and 1 versus I.
Codes are single-use. If you think yours was already used or printed wrongly, go back to the shop with your receipt, or raise a ticket from the Support page and include a photo of the receipt.
