You earn on activation and ongoing top-ups per your agreement, with settlement on the agreed cadence and full statements in the partner portal. Commission queries or statement disputes: raise a ticket with the statement period and the specific lines in question - include serials where relevant.
Note: activation commissions are subject to the agreement's early-churn clawback window.
