The VPX Wallet is the free wallet built into the VoicePro app. It holds your balance and your VPXN rewards, pays for top-ups and services, and lets you send money in-app.
Open your wallet
- Open the VoicePro app and go to the Wallet tab.
- First time in, follow the short setup - the wallet is protected by your device unlock (Face ID, fingerprint or passcode).
- Your balance and recent activity are on the wallet home screen.
Add funds
Top up the wallet from your saved payment method inside the app. Funds appear immediately and can be spent on anything the wallet supports.
What the wallet can do
- Pay in-app: top-ups, add-on packs and travel eSIM data - choose the wallet at checkout instead of your card.
- Hold your VPXN rewards: rewards you earn land here. See "Earning VPXN rewards".
- Send money: transfer to other wallet users from the app.
Good to know
- The wallet is in beta ahead of consumer launch, and features switch on progressively - if you do not see something described here yet, it is on its way.
- Every wallet transaction appears in your activity feed and your billing history, so there is always a paper trail.
- For anything that looks wrong in your wallet, see "I do not recognise a charge" or contact us straight away.
