Yes. VoicePro Plus is registered with Ofcom as a UK communications service provider under the Communications Act 2003 (RID Code: RFI). We hold full MVNO wholesale arrangements with a major UK MNO, and we maintain UK GDPR compliance (ICO registration ZB938320). Our consumer mobile service launches on 1 November 2026 (soft launch 1 October). ISO 27001 certification and GSMA membership are both in progress; an FCA EMI licence pathway is mapped for proprietary banking services.
